Job Description

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets. Assign sales targets and monitor team performance regularly. Train and support team members in improving sales techniques and customer service. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and strategize. Identify potential markets and business opportunities to generate new leads. Accompany team members on client visits to support closing deals. Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales data and team performance to senior management. Ensure that sales operations comply with company policies and standards. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective promotional campaigns.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
