Overview


Guides a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, often by managing their performance, coaching them, and implementing sales strategies

Core Responsibilities:



Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives. Monitoring team performance, setting goals, and providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team outcomes. Developing and implementing sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. . Working with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure aligned goals and effective communication. Tracking and analyzing sales performance data, creating reports, and identifying areas for improvement. Typically requires experience in sales, with some experience in a leadership or management role.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or outside sales roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
