Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven
Sales Team Lead
to manage and mentor a team of Tele Sales Executives targeting international markets. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on sales expertise to drive revenue growth and optimize team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Motivate, guide, and coach the tele sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and ongoing training.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns. Monitor KPIs and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Oversee multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social media) and personally handle high-value or complex prospects.
Client Engagement:
Support the team in understanding client needs, creating proposals, and negotiating deals. Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments for service delivery and invoicing.
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate CRM data, track performance metrics, and present regular reports to senior management. Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in sales, with at least 1-2 years leading a team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Exposure to international sales processes preferred.
