Job Responsibilities

Manage Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations within JC Supervise outbound channels to ensure high service levels Recruit, train, and deploy outbound direct sales agents Conduct refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge Drive daily lead acceptance and lead delivery Ensure JC-level master configurations on JHD platform Territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage Manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) Propose improvements to enhance customer experience Monitor competition and industry best practices
