Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed booking targets.
Sales Strategy Development:
Design and execute strategies to drive new property bookings and capture market opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients, deliver persuasive property presentations, negotiate deals, and address objections effectively.
Sales Oversight:
Monitor sales pipelines, track lead conversions, and ensure follow-ups to maximize booking success.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on Gurgaon's real estate trends, property values, and leading builders to support informed sales strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and coordinate with operations for seamless client experiences.
Reporting:
Prepare and present sales performance reports, team progress, and market updates to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales with a strong record of fresh bookings.
In-depth knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate market and familiarity with leading property builders.
Strong client convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Leadership experience in managing a sales team and driving performance.
Must own a vehicle for client meetings and property visits.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
