. The candidate will lead sales initiatives, develop standardized offers for greenfield and brownfield applications, and collaborate with relay OEMs and SCADA partners. The role also involves training and developing in?house teams to ensure seamless execution of awarded projects.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for
CRP & SCADA solutions
in the Noida/NCR region.
Develop a
comprehensive, standardized offer
for greenfield (STLs) and brownfield (PWS) applications.
Collaborate closely with
relay OEMs and SCADA partners
to design competitive solutions.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Train and develop in?house
Design, Testing, and Commissioning teams
for project execution.
Ensure seamless delivery of awarded CRP-SCADA projects within timelines and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with utilities, infrastructure, and industrial customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in PLC-SCADA domain.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and presentations for management.
Required Skills
Proven track record in
selling CRP and SCADA solutions
(8-10 years).
Strong technical knowledge of
PLC, SCADA, relay panels, and automation systems
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
Familiarity with
greenfield and brownfield applications
in energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management practices.
