Job Summary

We are hiring a highly motivated

Sales Team Leader

with

mandatory experience in IT sales

, especially in

Website Designing, SEO, SMO, Google Ads services, and overall digital marketing solutions selling

. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive business growth, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Train team members on IT service offerings (Web Design, SEO, SMO, PPC/Google Ads). Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

Sales & Business Development

Identify potential clients and generate business through calls, emails, meetings, and networking. Pitch IT services including Website Development, SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and digital marketing packages. Handle lead follow-ups, presentations, proposals, and deal closures. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand client needs and suggest suitable digital solutions. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, and marketing teams for project execution.

Reporting & Performance

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Monitor individual and team performance metrics. Share insights and improvement strategies with management.

Mandatory Experience (Must-Have)

Experience in

selling Website Designing services

. Experience in

SEO, SMO, Google Ads & Digital Marketing services selling

. Minimum

2-5 years

of relevant IT sales experience. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required Skills

Strong communication & negotiation skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Deep understanding of website development & digital marketing services. Presentation and proposal-building skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
