Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Facade Team Leader

to manage and lead the design, engineering, and delivery of facade systems across our construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure that all facade elements meet design, performance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and manage the facade engineering/design team. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor team members. Conduct regular team meetings and ensure efficient workflows.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure facade design aligns with project requirements. Coordinate facade system details and interfaces with other building elements. Ensure integration of performance criteria including thermal, acoustic, structural, and weatherproofing aspects.

Design & Technical Oversight:

Review and approve facade system designs, material selections, and construction details. Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and project specifications. Oversee 2D and 3D design deliverables, mock-ups, and testing processes.

Procurement & Construction Support:

Participate in facade material selection and procurement strategies. Provide technical support during installation, site inspections, and quality checks. Ensure timely resolution of site issues related to facade systems.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare and review technical reports, facade specifications, and design documentation. Report progress and potential risks to senior management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
