Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven
Sales Team Leader
who can manage a team, drive sales in the field as well as in-house, and take charge of client meetings both on-site and at the office. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing services and SaaS products, and strong leadership skills to motivate the team towards achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Generate leads and convert them through field visits and office-based meetings.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates for management.
Identify new business opportunities in local and regional markets.
Train new team members on products, sales processes, and communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (experience in digital marketing/SaaS will be preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with both field sales and office-based client meetings.
Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts and SaaS services.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
