We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented

Team Leader (Stock Market)

with 1-2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives, guiding them in client acquisition, stock market advisory, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of stock market executives. Achieve team sales/revenue targets for equity, derivatives, and other investment products. Monitor and support team performance on daily activities (calls, client handling, conversions). Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to improve team productivity. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize client acquisition and retention. Ensure compliance with all stock market regulations and company policies. Generate reports and present team performance to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Post Graduates in Finance/Commerce/Management or related field.

1-2 years of experience

in stock market advisory or financial services. Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and other financial instruments. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure. NISM certification (Equity/Derivative) will be an added advantage.
