Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership:

Supervise, coach, and motivate tele-sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Sales Monitoring:

Track call performance, conversion rates, and ensure adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines.

Target Achievement:

Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue goals.

Training & Development:

Conduct regular training sessions to improve communication, product knowledge, and objection-handling skills.

Reporting:

Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Customer Engagement:

Ensure high-quality interactions with customers, resolving escalations and maintaining satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing and product teams to align tele-sales campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements



Education:

Any.

Experience:

1-2 years of tele-sales experience, with at least 1 year as a Team leader role.

Skills:

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Tech Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, and MS Office.

Mindset:

Target-driven, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
