- Lead the Sales team for the Site / Project (Residential)
- Negotiate & close bookings for the project
- Possess indept knowledge of the project & should be able to convince the customers about the same
- Should have knowledge about competitor projects
- Manage a team of Sales Managers & Executives
- Should be able to motivate the team and push them to achieve results
- Maintain a healthy booking to leads ratio
- Support Post Sales team in getting the disbursements
- Maintain reports as required by Management
