4-7 years (at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role in automobile sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Drive showroom and field sales for new vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance.
Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
Ensure excellent customer experience, handling escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
Coordinate with CRM, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Maintain compliance with dealership and OEM standards.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding automobile sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare action plans.
Knowledge of automobile market trends, financing, and insurance processes.
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
Automobile industry background is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
