Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive property sales through channel partners, direct walk-ins, and digital leads.
Monitor daily performance of the team, set goals, and ensure follow-up and closure of leads.
Conduct regular training, motivation, and review sessions to enhance team productivity.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and post-sales support.
Oversee site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports for management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven track record in residential/commercial property sales.
Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate ERPs is a plus.
