Job Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven
Sales Team Leader
with proven experience in managing international voice-based sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in international BPO sales processes, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of international sales agents handling voice-based sales.
Monitor and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coach and develop team members through regular training and performance feedback.
Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies to boost conversions.
Handle escalations, ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a
Team Leader in international voice-based sales
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US/UK time zones.
