HSC / Graduate with minimum 1 Year of experience as a Sales team lead (Real estate Preferred) SSC with minimum 2 year of experience as a Sales Team lead (Real estate Preferred) Candidate should be comfortable in working from office. Candidate also can apply who have good communication & probing skills. Job Responsibilities


Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Set clear sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Monitor team performance and individual agent productivity. Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. Handle escalated client issues and resolutions. Foster client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns. Utilize various marketing channels to generate leads and promote properties. - Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations. Ensure the team adheres to legal and ethical standards. Stay informed about local real estate market trends Provide guidance to agents on pricing and market conditions. Qualifications


Proven experience in real estate sales. Real estate license and relevant certifications. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
