We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Male Team Leader

to join our Honda BigWing team.

Looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive sales and lead a dynamic team.

Position: Sales Team Leader

Qualification:

Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream

Experience:

1 to 3 years in automobile sales or a similar field

Gender:

Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to meet monthly targets

- Guide team members with product knowledge and sales techniques

-Generate and follow up on sales leads in the field.

- Handle customer interactions, queries, and negotiations

- Plan and implement sales strategies to improve performance

- Monitor daily sales activity and generate reports for management

- Train new sales staff and motivate the team

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Good knowledge of 2-wheeler automobile sales

- Ability to manage a team and drive performance

- Target-oriented approach and customer-focused attitude

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting)
