About the Role
As a
Sales Team Lead,
you will manage a team of sales executives, oversee the lead pipeline, drive high-performance counselling, and ensure strong closure rates. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly, clients are well-informed, and the team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise intake from walk-ins, website, social media, referrals, WhatsApp, and Record the lead details in CRM or lead tracker
Contact the lead within 2 hours.
Schedule an in-depth 1-on-1 consultation (online or offline) with a sales pitch.
Explain relevant service offerings.
Provide brochures, service details, and timelines. Address doubts, eligibility, and fee structure transparently.
Records the client's response in a Google sheet.
Encourage the collection of testimonials from satisfied clients.
Set daily/weekly targets, track performance, and identify improvement areas.
Deliver training, motivation, and regular feedback to your team.
Generate reports on conversion rates, follow-ups, and client retention.
Provide training to sales team members on products, sales skills, and client handling to boost performance and confidence.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years in sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
Fluency in
English and Malayalam
(mandatory) and at least
two regional languages
Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
CRM and Google Sheets proficiency is essential.
