Job Description

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve automobile sales targets. The role involves driving showroom sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, coordinating with internal departments, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Plan and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and regular feedback Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction Handle key customers, negotiations, and closure of high-value deals Conduct daily sales meetings and review performance reports Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and service departments Manage test drives, follow-ups, and lead conversions Ensure proper maintenance of CRM and sales documentation Train new sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
