Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Assist in recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
Ensure proper lead management and customer follow-up by the sales team.
Guide team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Handle key customer negotiations and support closure of high-value deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports for management review.
Ensure showroom standards, vehicle display, and test drive processes are followed.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive in the
automobile industry
.
Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, financing, and insurance options.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Goal-oriented, with a strong ability to drive performance and motivate a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and dealership management software.
Valid driving license.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in automotive sales, including team handling.
