Job Description

Leading and Motivating:

Providing leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Sales Target Achievement:

Driving the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Monitoring team performance, analyzing sales data, and developing action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Coaching and Development:

Providing coaching and guidance to team members to improve their sales skills and performance, and identifying areas for improvement and development.

Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Sales Process and System Management:

Developing and implementing effective sales processes and systems to ensure high-quality sales service delivery.

Customer Relationship Management:

Managing the sales pipeline and customer data using CRM systems.

Training and Onboarding:

Training and onboarding new sales team members and conducting regular performance reviews.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and insurance, to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.

Maintaining Professionalism:

Maintaining a professional appearance and staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.

Other duties as assigned:

This may include tasks such as assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and advertising efforts.
Essential Skills:
