HACA is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets
Assign and manage leads effectively
Track daily sales activities, calls, and follow-ups
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Ensure adherence to HACA's sales processes and policies
Handle escalated customer queries and objections
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Coordinate with marketing and support teams
Support hiring and onboarding of new sales team members

Qualifications
