We are hiring a

Sales Team Leader

to (to our Kochi, Thrissur, and Palakkad team)drive field sales performance, guide the sales team, and improve overall conversions. Candidates with

automobile industry experience

are preferred.

Freshers with strong leadership and sales skills can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets Plan daily field activities, lead allocation, and follow-ups Support team in customer meetings, negotiations, and closing deals Track performance, maintain reports, and share updates with management Ensure proper customer handling from enquiry to delivery Assist in local campaigns, events, and lead generation activities
Eligibility

Preferred:

Experience in automobile sales / dealership environment

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Any Degree Strong communication, team handling, and target-driven mindset Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
