Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the sales team and oversee daily showroom operations
Motivate team members to achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
Interact directly with customers to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
Provide product knowledge and sales training to team members
Maintain showroom cleanliness, layout, and product displays
Monitor stock availability and report shortages to management
Supervise billing, order processing, and delivery coordination
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
