We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for Academic Sales to manage and guide the admissions / sales team at our Palakkad branch. The role includes driving sales performance, training team members, achieving monthly revenue targets, and ensuring high conversion ratios.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise the academic sales / admission counsellor team.
Set performance targets and ensure team achieves monthly sales goals.
Monitor lead follow-ups, pipeline, and conversions.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the team.
Handle escalated student or parent queries.
Maintain branch performance metrics and reporting.
Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns & events.
Ensure excellent customer experience and admission process.
Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
3-6 years experience in Academic / Educational / Training sales.
Proven experience in managing a sales / counseling team.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Target and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to analyze data and improve team performance.
Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
