Job Description

1. Team Management & Development



Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Sales Strategy & Performance



Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the commercial sector to achieve short- and long-term business goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to set realistic sales goals and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth. Ensure team adherence to pricing strategies, sales procedures, and promotional campaigns.

3. Customer Relations & Retention



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key commercial clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving client concerns or service issues. Support team members in complex negotiations and ensure customer needs are effectively met. Promote customer loyalty through consistent communication and service excellence.

4. Operational Oversight



Manage daily sales operations and ensure efficient allocation of leads among team members. Oversee the implementation of dealership or company policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Coordinate with other departments (service, finance, logistics) to optimize customer experience and workflow efficiency.

5. Reporting & Forecasting



Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Track team performance against key metrics and recommend data-driven improvements. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to support business planning. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company standards and culture. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve individual and team productivity. Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
