Sales Team Leader
to manage our sales department and drive consistent conversions. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and experience guiding a team toward achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve
individual and team sales targets
Monitor performance of team members and ensure timely follow-ups
Conduct
call analysis
and provide feedback for improvement
Oversee
Front Office Executives and Academic Counsellors
for smooth operations
Implement sales push activities, new sales initiatives, and growth strategies
Prepare and submit
weekly and monthly sales reports
Plan incentive structures based on performance
Hire team members as per company requirements
Maintain discipline, quality standards, and customer experience across the team
Requirements
Mandatory experience in handling a sales team
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work under target-driven environments
Problem-solving mindset and team-first attitude
Salary:
?17,000 - ?22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
