Laurus Institute for Logistics is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our admissions sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive performance to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the student counselor/admission sales team.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide training, support, and motivation to team members.
Handle escalated enquiries from students and parents.
Improve lead follow-up processes and conversion strategies.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and sales planning.
Prepare accurate sales reports for management.
Support events, seminars, and outreach activities to increase admissions.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduation or MBA preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales leadership (education/admissions industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, Email, Google Sheets.
Target-oriented mindset with strong decision-making ability.
