The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, increasing referrals, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the medical diagnostics field and proven leadership experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical or diagnostic sales, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of diagnostic, scanning, and laboratory services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and manage field activities.
