Oben Electric is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automobile sector and a strong passion for driving sales performance.



Key Responsibilities



o

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

o

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for electric vehicles.

o

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

o

Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure customer satisfaction.

o

Generate reports and share insights with management.

Requirements



o

Proven work experience in automobile sales (2+ years preferred).

o

Prior experience in a team leader/supervisory role will be an added advantage.

o

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

o

Passion for electric mobility and sustainable solutions.

o

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
