Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of sales executives/academic counselors to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Monitor daily performance, track targets, and ensure timely reporting.
Guide the team in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions effectively.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Support team members with complex client interactions and help close high-value deals.
Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.
Maintain detailed records of team performance, leads, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain professionalism across all client interactions.
