Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives or inside sales reps
Set clear daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor performance closely
Train new team members and conduct regular skill-building sessions
Analyze sales data and improve conversion strategies
Handle escalated client queries and support reps in closing high-value leads
Ensure CRM and lead tracking tools are properly used and maintained
Work closely with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and sales process
Report sales performance to senior management regularly
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Excellent communication, team management, and motivational skills
Strong understanding of B2C/B2B sales and customer behavior
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared)
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
Goal-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in events, automotive, services, or lifestyle-related industries
Fluent in English (regional language is a plus)
