Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and training where necessary.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review goals and progress.
Assist team members in closing high-value or complex deals.
Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and offerings.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
