We are hiring an experienced and motivated Team Lead - Sales for our Jorhat branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, achieving business targets, and driving overall sales growth through effective leadership and field engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals. Recruit, train, and support team members to enhance their sales performance. Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct regular field visits and team meetings to monitor progress. Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and performance tracking. Prepare and review sales reports to ensure target achievement.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team handling. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven and able to work under minimal supervision. Experience in BFSI or insurance sales preferred.
