Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Team Lead - Business Development (International Market) to manage a small sales team and expand our global presence.If you have a strong background in international client acquisition and can lead a team to achieve results, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
u Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 Business Development Executives.
u Identify and build relationships with clients in international markets.
u Present and promote our trading education programs to overseas prospects.
u Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
u Coordinate with marketing for campaigns targeting international audiences.
u Maintain strong customer relationships post-sale.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in international sales or business development (education/trading background preferred).
Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills (spoken & written).
Experience dealing with foreign clients, leads, or international processes.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong in negotiation.
