Responsible for leading a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate sales consultants.
Monitor individual and team sales performance.
Assist team members in closing deals.
Ensure adherence to company processes and policies.
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate if necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA.
4-6 years of automobile sales experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving targets.
