The role requires close coordination with internal teams, active engagement with dealers and clients, and contribution to both digital and on-ground brand visibility.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Coordinate and support the Sales and Business Development team in day-to-day operations
Manage communication and relationships with existing dealers to ensure smooth coordination
Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand market presence
Assist in identifying new business opportunities, corporate clients, and channel partners
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up documentation
Maintain and update CRM data, sales reports, MIS, and dealer/client databases
Handle dealer and client communication via calls, emails, and meetings with timely follow-ups
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order execution and delivery timelines
Track sales targets, sales pipeline, and business development activities
Support negotiations and assist in deal closure
Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion
Support digital marketing activities across social media platforms, website, and online marketplaces
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for product launches, dealer promotions, and brand awareness
Monitor digital campaign performance, lead generation, and prepare basic performance reports
Ensure consistent brand communication across digital and offline channels
Support branding and promotional activities at EV expos, exhibitions, roadshows, and dealer events
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and brand promotion
Understanding of dealer networks, channel sales, and lead management processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional coordination effectively
Exposure to the manufacturing, automobile, or EV industry will be an added advantage
