Monitor daily KPIs including conversion rate, call quality, daily connects, and productivity.
Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve sales skills and cultural sensitivity.
Ensure high-quality member interactions with empathy and adherence to Shaadi.com guidelines.
Handle escalations, resolve member concerns, and maintain compliance with data privacy standards.
Track sales trends, share insights with management, and ensure CRM accuracy.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, manage team schedules, and maintain operational
discipline.

Qualifications
5-7 years of telesales/call-centre experience with at least 2 year in a team leader role.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Experience in consultative selling, subscription sales, or consumer services preferred.
Ability to coach, influence, and manage performance in a fast-paced environment.
