Key Responsibilities:



Handle and guide a team of sales executives to achieve targets Sell Health Insurance products through field sales activities Generate new leads and convert them into business Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners Monitor team performance and provide regular training Ensure daily activity planning and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:



Experience: 1 to 4 years in BFSI sales Team handling experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Target-oriented and comfortable with field work Graduation preferred
