Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 20-30 education counselors.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.
Guide the team to achieve maximum student enrollment conversions.
Handle escalations and ensure excellent student experience.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead flow and conversion.
Maintain reports, analyze data, and share performance insights with management.
Create a positive and energetic work culture that promotes teamwork.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2-3 years of experience
as a
Sales Team Leader
, preferably in the
education sector
.
Proven experience in handling a team of
20-30 members
.
Excellent
English communication
(Kannada/Hindi preferred).
Strong leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
