We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Sales Team Leader
to manage on-site sales operations at the
Migsun project site
. The candidate will lead a team of sales executives, drive walk-in conversions, coordinate with Leads, and ensure achievement of sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle
site walk-ins, property presentations, and deal closures
Assign leads, track follow-ups, and ensure proper CRM updating
Coordinate with
Channel Partners / Brokers
for lead generation
Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and RERA guidelines
Support customers through booking, documentation, and post-sales coordination
Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and site activations
Prepare daily sales reports, walk-in analysis, and closure MIS
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities (Hindi & English)
In-depth understanding of
real estate sales cycles
Ability to close high-value deals under pressure
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
Customer-first mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Qualification
Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Real estate site sales experience is mandatory
