Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated
Sales Team Leader
to manage and drive our sales team at the Rajouri Garden branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, motivating the team, ensuring high conversion ratios, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop effective sales strategies and monitor performance against KPIs.
Guide the team in handling leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members.
Ensure smooth coordination with marketing for lead generation.
Handle escalations and provide resolutions to client queries.
Maintain MIS reports on sales performance and team productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-4 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader/supervisory role.
Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
Experience in aviation, education, or hospitality sales will be an added advantage.
Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
