Achieving B2C sales target & beyond
Manage Sales Team to achieve targets
Knowledge of Gym Equipments Sales across India / B2C sale experince
Improve customer sales or post sales satisfaction scores
Coordinating with Logistics/ Customer Service team to ensure client deliverables
Regularly reporting to senior management to identify lower stock level, customer issues, bottle necks to ensure smooth sales workfolw across the team
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Maintaining good customer relations and always be solution oriented
Ensuring on time and correct daily MiS of sales team
