Key Responsibilities

Team Motivation and Guidance:

Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.

Performance Management:

Monitoring team metrics (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction), providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

Coaching and Development:

Training team members on product knowledge, sales practices, and communication skills to enhance their potential and confidence.

Operational Oversight:

Managing day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to procedures, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the team.

Customer Service:

Serving as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing strategies to improve team efficiency, enhance productivity, and achieve goals.

Liaison and Communication:

Communicating company goals, acting as a liaison between the team and management, and fostering communication among team members.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise within the team and ensuring timely task completion.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
