We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with strong leadership and telesales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, ensuring target achievement, and driving daily performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales executives.

Monitor daily calls, conversions, and team performance.

Ensure the team meets sales targets consistently.

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.

Handle escalated customer queries and support team as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales team handling.

Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.

Basic understanding of refurbished IT products preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
