Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar sales role Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Goal-driven with the ability to analyze data and make sound decisions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
