As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4-6 sales executives
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets
Assist team members in client meetings and deal closures
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
Generate and manage leads through various channels (walk-ins, cold calls, digital platforms)
Build strong client relationships and maintain a customer-first approach
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and competitor activity
