Proficiency in operating the Zoom Meeting App. Responsibilities: - Kickstart your journey with theoretical training sessions conducted via Zoom, providing you with the knowledge and skills required for success. - Clear the IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) government exam, a mandatory step in the process. Please note there is an exam registration fee of INR 585. - Undergo practical training that includes sales techniques and strategies. - Demonstrate your abilities by selling six policies within your known circle, with a total yearly premium of 50,000 INR. - Showcase your leadership skills by recruiting and building a team of four Active Insurance Consultants (IC). - Drive business growth by leveraging the potential of your team. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the freedom of flexible work hours, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Take advantage of a half-day work schedule on Saturdays, and enjoy Sundays off. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary package of 19,000 INR per month upto 52,000 INR with incentives. Unlock additional incentives based on performance. Important Note: Upon successfully clearing the IRDAI exam, you are required to complete one policy within 24 hours to activate your business code and embark on your career with Bajaj Allianz.
