The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve company sales targets and ensure excellent client service. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive revenue growth and maintain high team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business revenue.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support.
Handle key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales objectives.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Resolve escalated client or team issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
