Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team at Popular Mega Motors, Kannur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Tata commercial vehicles, guiding and motivating the sales team, achieving business targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for commercial vehicles. Monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching, and support team members in closing deals. Generate new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation. Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and pending deals. Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and documentation processes. Stay updated on Tata commercial vehicle features, competitors, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1-5 years of proven sales experience in the automobile industry (commercial vehicles preferred). At least 1-5years of team handling experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Good local market knowledge and customer base in Kannur region is an added advantage.
